Rear Admiral Licah Fox has served in a variety of roles in the Rebel Squadrons, including Fleet Commander, Internet Officer, Chief of Staff, Fleet CO of RgF, R2F, and FireClaw Squadron CO. A major contribution is the RS website itself, which, while not possible without the great efforts of a few others, is essentially shaped by his guiding vision. He is also known for his varied and numerous project ideas, some of which are in regular use by the club today, such as Beginner's Path, this wiki, MrBot, the Council of Justice, Aldermen, the Missions Database, the RS Gallery, RS Statistics, and more.
Licah currently serves on High Command as an alderman, works on website projects and issues as part of the Internet Office, leads FireClaw Squadron (PSG), and flies with Ragnarok Squadron (VSG).

Active service
Licah is currently stationed aboard the CRS Windstorm with the rest of FireClaw Squadron, in their tour in the Greeop Sector. He flies on the wing of Dev Azzameen, FireClaw Two. He spends much of his downtime on the HoloNet advising High Command.
Background
Licah was born on Valruudd. When still a child, he first met Snappleguy, who was working as a bartender in a local town.
Character traits and personality
Licah is descended paternally from the Vulpes species, and is therefore immediately recognizable among the RS military for his uniquely fox-like features, including the reddish-brown hair on his face and hands. Due to copious shedding during the stress of battle, his personal fighters have had to be equipped with a special filtration system to create clean air.
Behind the scenes
Licah was an excellent single-player pilot (in X-Wing, TIE Fighter, and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter), particularly at devising mission strategies. He was a quality XvT MP melee pilot in 2002, when that game was still popular, ranking among the top players in WoW. He was also an expert mission builder, especially for X-Wing. Licah consistently ranked among the top pilots for X-Wing, TIE, and XvT during his piloting career, and achieved Top Gun for each game on multiple occasions.
While Licah is still in units for these games, he no longer has the time or inclination to pursue excellence, preferring just to fly for fun.

Licah is pursuing a Master's of Music degree in organ performance at Yale University, and intends to make a career in music performance and teaching.
