History
Interdicted the retreating Republic Shield forces led by the Star Destroyer Liberator as they fled from Imperial forces through hyperspace. The vessel attempted to hold the task force in the combat zone while the pursuing Imperial force led by the Star Destroyer Gigantes could arrive and annihilate them. While the Gigantes and its task force did arrive to assault Republic Shield forces, they themselves had launched a devastating attack on the vessel, hulling it and disengaging its interdiction field. Republic Shield forces withdrew from the combat zone, thwarting Imperial attempts to crush them. Destroyed by Republic Shield forces. (R2F504)
